system recover from serious error?

My computer keeps shutting down saying there is a serious error. Does anyone

know what this might be inidicating? Or how I fix it?

    • Try opening event viewer,open the event/warning,click on the url in it,this

      opens help/support in xp,usually with a fix for it...
